Terms & conditions Giveaway

• Participation in a giveaway is free
• You participate in the giveaway by filling in the registration form
• You can participate only one time with every giveaway
• Participation is only possible when you’re above 18 years
• The duration of the giveaway is on the action page of the giveaway
• Zuiver Group can change the terms and during the giveaway or cancel it without giving any reason

This is how we handle your personal data

• All giveaways are subject to Dutch law
• We will not publish the personal data of the participants to external parties, unless there was given an explicit permission
• Personal data can be used to sign up for the Zuiver Group Newsletter. You can find this at the action page of the giveaway

This is how we announce the winner

• The winner will be personally informed by Zuiver Group
• The winner will be chosen by drawing lots
• If the winner does not report within a week, Zuiver Group can choose another winner
• Zuiver Group is allowed to exclude persons if there is a suspicion of fraud / illegal participation
• It is not possible to exchange the product of the giveaway for another product or money
